Simple Paneer Gobi (Cabbage) Paratha

A protien and calcium rich food which is very fast and simple Paratha recipe.

Ingredients for Paneer Gobi (Cabbage) Paratha

  • 2 cup whole grain wheat flour
  • 1 cup paneer
  • 1/2 Cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 tsp green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • Salt
  • Water

  • Mix mashed paneer, cabbage, onion, green chilli, oregano, corainder and salt together,

How to make Paneer Gobi (Cabbage) Paratha

  • Make a dough of whole grain wheat flour by adding 2 tsp ghee to it so that parathas become soft enough to chew
  • Make round chapattis
  • Place the filling on one side and cover it with other side of chapatti.
  • Seal the egdes by pressing them.
  • Heat them on Pan.
  • Once bubbles start coming up, make the paratha upside down.
  • Now apply ghee on both sides, cut the parathas with a rectangle spatula as shown above in the image. This helps to get a slice of parath easily.
  • Serve hot with fresh curd (dahi).
