Chatpatta Samosa Chaat

Ingredients for Samosa Chaat:

• Punjabi Aloo Samosa or Jain Samosas
• tamarind chutney
• coriander chutney
• 1 cup curd (dahi)
• chaat masala
• coriander (dhania)
• 1/2 kg sev
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 tomato chopped

Method:

• Take a big tray, smash samosa from upward with your palm,
• Add 5 to 7 tablespoon tarmarind chutney, 4 to 5 tablespoon
• Coriander chutney, curd, then sprinkle chat masala and mix them all properly.
• After mixing them properly, sprinkle sev on top of it. decorate it with coriander leaves, tomato and onion.
