Healthy Spring Onion Oats Paratha recipe for kids

It was really difficult what to thick what to cook daily for my kids tiffin. then I came with this healthy recipe. For all those busy working mothers, here is a healthy Oats paratha recipe loved by kids in tiffin and can be even eaten cold.

Ingredients for Spring Onion Oats Paratha

  • 1/2 cup chopped spring onoion leaves
  • 1 cup powdered Oats
  • 1 cup wholegrain wheat flour
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • A pinch of Sugar
  • Salt
  • A pinch of red chilli powder

Method for cooking pring Onion Oats Paratha

  • Mix all above ingredients and make a dough. Density as thick as normal roti dough.
  • Make a round chappati and cook it on pan.
  • You can serve it with fresh curd.
